heart: sleep - hate: not kissing my girls goodnight

i heart sleep. its so wonderful. its onen of those things you dont really enjoy while you're doing it, but afterwards, you sure are glad you did it. And you definitely miss it when you didnt do it. ahhhh, glorious sleep. its so nice and quiet here at Britt's house in Louisiana without kids running around and cats scratching at the door and alarms beeping and smoke detectors beeping.....

i hate not kissing my girls goodnight. the one downside to going on vacation without them. they are just so darn cute. but sleep is good, so.....

heart: payday - hate: Ally/GMAC

I heart payday. Who doesn't? You check your bank accounts, the numbers are higher..you earn more interest, the money grows, you can retire to Colorado or Florida or California and have webchats with your kids/grandkids, while polishing your yacht for the next voyage...payday is great.

I hate Ally Bank/GMAC. First, they rebrand and change their website without telling the customers, and on day 1, the redirect fails, so i have no idea how to get to my money. Nice tech job. NOT. Finally after calling i get "oh yeah, we have a new site now: ally.com". YAY!! I had to call to find this out??? Then today (payday - see heart above) i am supposed to see a deposit to my Ally savings account. Do i? NO!!! They apparently changed their routing numbers this month, and again, DID NOT tell any of their customers!! WTF Ally?!?! So now, i'm missing a fairly large chunk of money. Wachovia says they disbursed the funds, Ally says they didnt get it. They said the old routing number "SHOULD" be working. Well, its not. I have lost trust in Ally as a company, and especially as a financial institution. I hope i can find another online savings account with rates as high. Or maybe even not as high, but trustworthy systems.

hate: dvd rentals - heart: your mom

i HATE dvd rentals. I'm not sure what the morons in Monroe do to these dvds, but i dont think i've gotten a dvd from family video up the street in the past year that has worked. They all skip, and at some point freeze, and i'm left pissed off cuz A.) i wasted time watching part of a movie and B.) i'm so pissed off i have to go back out at 10pm to yell at the clerk and get my money back. !@#$%^&*

i heart your mom. cuz she made you. and you are awesome. you probably do not take sandpaper and rub it on the back of dvds you rent.

i know i normally heart stuff beforing hating, but this time, i'm ROYALLY pissed off.

heart: sudafed - hate: summer repeats

I heart sudafed. A coworker recommended the 12 or 24 hr kind that you have to get from behind the counter, show your id, sign a waiver, give them some blood, take a temp job, promise your 4th kid (should you have one), and promise not to drive yourself home for at least 72 hours, for. But its well worth it. I don't feel awesome, but i feel MUCH better than before I took it.

I hate summer repeats. Normally I can watch Office repeats, but eh...Thursdays used to be good with Office, 30 Rock, and Smallville (yeah, I know its Dawson's Creek with a splash of super heroes, but at least there arent any vampires or werewolves in it).

heat: bagels with muenster cheese - hate: getting crappy sleep

Starting with hate today, cuz i feel strong hate about it. i HATE getting crappy sleep. you just need good sleep or else the day sucks. I woke up like 3 times last night to either pee, cough, or blow my nose. (see previous post about hating colds) SO yeah, the drive today is going to be WAY fun.

I heart bagels with muenster cheese. and a little butter between. Its just like the perfect easy breakfast. Its delicious. And its always there for you. After a night of studying, there for you. After a crappy night of sleep, there for you. THe morning of a big interview, there for you. Except when its not there for you (either cuz your wife didnt go to the store, or you have no wife). When its not there for you, it really sucks. I hate when its not there for you. But mostly it is. so I heart it.

heart: Bash - hate: living so far from family

I heart Bash. Its Nikki Pettineo's restaurant in Sunrise, FL. it's SOOOO friggin good. If you havent been, you must go there. I had parmesan crusted snapper, and it was out of this world. Also had the best homemade potato chips EVER. yes EVER. If you are ever in SoFla, go to Bash. you will not regret it. and you will enjoy it. Unless you're a jerk.

I hate living so far from family. It wasn't as big a deal when we just had Leah, but now with Erin and *boy on the way, and after having Cathy, Gee & Myrn visit, and now visiting my parents, its SOOO nice to have parents around to help out, cook, play with the kids, give us a break!! I guess this could also be I heart family, but I need to hate on something. See how i flip turn reversed it into a hate? I guess most things can be a hate or a heart. Just depends on if your glass is half full, or if your little sister stole your glass, drank it all, and its now totally empty.

heart: bacon - hate: colds

Wow. its really hard to post every day. Especially when you're away from home. I've disappointed my fans, let down my minions, and just generally saddened everyone who reads this. Good thing its only like 2 people.

I heart bacon. Its just so darn good! You can eat it plain, for breakfast, on egg sandwiches, turkey club sandwiches, crumbled on salads, on pizza...I'm sure there are many other uses, but i'm too full from the bacon I just ate to think of them. And yeah, bacon is usually not a favorite for Jews, but since I'm mostly just Jewish for the jokes now (not really practicing), there you have it.

I hate colds. Seriously?! Headache, stuffy nose, cough, tissues, achy, tired (insert all the other symptoms from the nyquil bottle). They ruin your life for like a week. Then they rear their ugly head again in a few months.
